Hokkaido has the highest food self-sufficiency rate in Japan. The vast land, rich nature and unique climate make it very suitable for agriculture, fishing and dairy farming. “Hokkaido dashi series” is a seasoning sauce that is made from Hokkaido ingredients.
This is a dashi seasoning sauce that uses 50% of crab stock from Hokkaido. Adding the right amount to the noodle dish or restaurant menu will increase the flavour.
The dashi can be use for hotpot and crab soup base for ramen.
